I haven't received my followers/viewers/chatters/views order. What should I do?
Normally orders start within 10 minutes. If your order hasn't started, please check the following:
- For follower orders: Is your account username correct? You can find this on the "My Orders" page in the status tab. If there is an incorrect name there, contact us via live chat or by email at [email protected].
- For Live viewer orders: Also check your account username. If you have any problems, contact us. If everything is correct but you still haven't received any viewers, end your current stream and start a new one. If there are still no viewers, contact us.
- For chatter orders: Make sure your Account username is correct. Additionally, ensure that the “Followers Only” mode and “Slow Chat” on Trovo are turned off; otherwise, the chatter will not work. If the problem persists, restart the stream or contact us
- For video views: Check that the link to your Trovo video is correct and accessible. If not, contact us, and we will adjust it for you.

What do I do if my follower numbers drop?
We are committed to providing first-class service. Sometimes Twitch blocks our accounts, which can lead to a decrease in followers. If you notice this, contact us, and we will replenish the followers.
I no longer want to use the service. Can I get my money back?
By purchasing, you agree to our terms and conditions. This clearly states that refunds will only be made if our service does not work for any reason.
If you no longer wish to use the service, that is your decision, but in such cases, there will be no refund.
How can I remove followers from my account?
The followers delivered are semi-active. Some are real, some are bots. We have no control over the real accounts. It's best to block followers manually.
How many followers can I buy?
You can buy Twitch followers as many times as you want as long as you don't reach more than 70,000 followers. We only have accounts for up to 70,000 followers.
How many viewers can I buy?
You can purchase a maximum of 2000 viewers for a single live stream on Twitch.
What is your refund policy?
If your order is not delivered within 3 to 4 days, simply inform us, and we will process a refund. Refunds typically take 2 to 3 business days, depending on your bank's processing time.
Which payment methods do you accept?
At FollowersPulse, we accept payments via PayPal and all major credit cards. Currently accepted credit cards include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Our payment aggregator for card transactions is Stripe, a US-based financial company similar to Paysafe.
Do you accept PayPal?
Yes, we accept PayPal payments.
My credit card was declined. What should I do now?
If your credit card has been declined, we recommend contacting your bank for further assistance as they may have more insight into the issue. If you cannot resolve the issue with your bank, please contact our support team at [email protected] for further assistance.
I've been charged on my card but my order doesn't show up. What should I do?
If this happens, please contact us as soon as possible. Once we receive your payment, we will process your order immediately. If not, you will need to contact your local bank for further assistance.
