We offer a range of digital services designed to enhance your social media presence and engagement. Below, we outline these features and how they work:
Ordering Services
When using FollowersPulse, you can choose from various digital services. To get started, simply add the desired service to your digital shopping cart and complete the order by clicking the "Buy Now" button. Orders typically start within the start time specified on each service detail page. It is important to note that by clicking this button, you confirm that the information you provided, including your name, optional company name, address, email address, and, if applicable, phone number, is correct and complete.
In the ordering process, you must provide a link to one or more of your social media accounts or specific content. It is essential to ensure that you meet the requirements as per paragraph 4. If you enter an incorrect link, we cannot guarantee that your order will be delivered on time.
If your order is not delivered, please contact us immediately at [email protected] and provide your order number and the corrected link. If an adjustment is possible in our ordering systems, we will make the necessary changes. Failure to report an incorrect link in a timely manner may affect our ability to guarantee a refund. Multiple Orders for the Same Link
If you place orders for the same link from FollowersPulse or other third-party platforms during the processing period, we cannot guarantee smooth processing. This is because the effects of individual services can mix, making accurate attribution difficult. In such cases, claims for warranty, guarantees, or compensation are no longer valid.
Creation of Customer Accounts
Individuals aged 18 and above have the option to create a permanent customer account on our platform. You can delete your account by notifying us at [email protected], following our privacy policy. By creating such an account, you agree to provide accurate and complete information.
When placing an order through this user account, we may use the contact information stored in your account to provide updates on order progress or similar communications. Please note that we do not have access to your account password. However, if you wish to change your password and no longer have access to your email address for this purpose, you can request our assistance with resetting it.
Price Flexibility
At FollowersPulse, we reserve the right to adjust, add, or remove the prices displayed on our website at any time. Although we strive for accuracy, occasional typographical errors and inaccuracies may occur.
User Authorization
Our services are available to individuals worldwide who understand FollowersPulse's offerings and have access to payment methods accepted in their respective countries. Depending on the scope of your order, partial or full legal capacity may be required.
It is important to understand that due to our automated ordering process, we cannot conduct extensive research on users' legal capabilities or the accuracy of addresses. Our website provides ways to increase your organic reach on social media platforms. For example, you can increase your social media followers in an automated manner. However, please refrain from using this option for the following purposes:
- To lend credibility to business partners through fake numbers.
- To pretend popularity to influence individuals or companies.
In addition, our services are intended solely for use on your own social media accounts.
Chatters as a Service
FollowersPulse offers the option to order chatters for your livestream. This service is solely intended to make your livestream entertaining and engaging.
However, we strongly urge you not to abuse this service for the following purposes:
- To order chatters for someone else without their consent.
- To make discriminatory or racist remarks.
- To share immoral content.
- To disclose confidential information (you remain responsible for such disclosures, even if you use third-party accounts via the FollowersPulse platform).
- To excessively spam chatters in a livestream.
FollowersPulse takes these matters seriously and reserves the right to review the texts provided during the ordering process without restriction. We may also use filters to identify and prevent chatters
Service Offers
The presentation of our services on our platform does not constitute a legally binding contract offer but an invitation to request services from us. When you order the desired services, you make a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract. This purchase contract is concluded when FollowersPulse sends an order confirmation.
Commitment to Your Satisfaction
If your order is incomplete or not executed, FollowersPulse is committed to refunding (part of) the amount paid for the respective services. However, please note that additional compensation for delays or incomplete placements will not be considered, as our services typically do not cause material or financial harm. An order is considered complete even if there is a (partial) decrease in placement after the initial execution. In certain cases, as described in paragraph 4.j, you may be eligible for a refill guarantee.
Platform Policies and Guidelines
It is your fundamental obligation to familiarize yourself with the policies of the respective social media platforms and to comply with them once you create an account there. Violations of these policies can lead to various consequences, and FollowersPulse cannot be held responsible for restrictions, deactivations, suspensions, or similar measures resulting from the use of our services.
However, FollowersPulse actively endeavors to regularly review each service and prevent policy violations.
Money-Back Guarantee (or "Satisfaction Guarantee")
We offer a money-back guarantee as a sign of our commitment to your satisfaction. This guarantee applies if FollowersPulse has not initiated placement within 5 days of the start time indicated on the product page or if the placement is unsatisfactory for valid reasons. To avail the guarantee, please contact us at [email protected] and describe your situation in writing. If your refund request aligns with our general refund policies (see paragraph 7) and does not fall under incomplete placement, we will review it at our discretion.
Please note that warranty options, compliance deadlines, and quality requirements from FollowersPulse may not apply if you order a comparable service from another provider during the order processing by FollowersPulse. For example, if you simultaneously order likes for a post from FollowersPulse and another provider, we may not be able to accurately determine how many likes have already been set or distinguish them from those of the other provider.
Viewer Subscriptions
FollowersPulse offers the option to subscribe to services such as "Twitch viewers" on our website, with similar services available for various social media platforms. A subscription means that you will automatically receive a certain number of viewers. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, and refunds are not possible.
By making a payment on our site, you automatically agree to the terms. Customers are bound by these terms and can only terminate the contract if FollowersPulse repeatedly fails to fulfill its agreed obligations or delivers significantly fewer followers than agreed. In such cases, a notice period of up to 5 days before the next automatic partial delivery applies. Termination for other reasons requires the voluntary consent of FollowersPulse.
Service Provision
Our services are exclusively digital, so there are no shipping costs. Orders are typically processed immediately after payment receipt; start times vary and are detailed on the respective product pages.
Lifetime Refill Guarantee
FollowersPulse offers an unlimited lifetime refill guarantee. This means that if the number of services purchased from FollowersPulse (including followers and views) decreases, we will compensate for the shortfall. The refill guarantee applies only to services marked with corresponding notices such as "Unfollow Guarantee," "Lifetime Refill Guarantee," or "Lifetime Guarantee" and is valid exclusively for services from FollowersPulse. FollowersPulse reserves the right to cancel the refill guarantee by changing the username specified during the order.
Payment Terms
FollowersPulse accepts various payment methods, including credit cards, PayPal, and cryptocurrencies. Payment must be made during the ordering process. We will begin processing the order only after receiving full payment. Some payment methods involve third parties like Stripe. During payment processing, customers may be redirected to an external window. In case of payment delays (more than 7 days after ordering), FollowersPulse reserves the right to refund the amount and terminate the contract, for example, if the respective service is no longer available at the time of payment. By completing your order, you confirm your authorization to pay with the selected method and affirm that the associated account contains genuine information.

Refunds
If a service is incorrect, incomplete, or not provided at all, every user has the opportunity to request a corresponding (partial) refund via [email protected]. If the service is indeed incomplete or faulty, FollowersPulse must either promptly arrange a rectification or refund the purchase amount (partially) to the customer's original payment method.
Cancellation Fees
FollowersPulse reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee of up to 25% of the order value if the user cancels the order during or after placement (order fulfillment).
